In 2020, r+s was born in Matera, the result of the
synergy between Rosaria Copeta and Stefania
Galante, designer and architect respectively.
Their shared vision of design is based on an indepth analysis of design matrices and territorial
materials, with the aim of integrating them
harmoniously into the context of contemporary
design.
For them, design is a process of rediscovery of
matter, where sustainability becomes a guiding
principle to promote the interaction between
man and nature. Their products are conceived
as narratives, vehicles of deep thought that invite
reflection on the human condition, offering new
perspectives and understandings.
